For foreigners - Apostil

Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs isn't able to organise 1000 belarusian people who will migrate soon from Belarus, all of these people need apostile/legalisation of documents.

For not passing many nights and days in the street, we follow special list with numbers of people, who are waiting for the entrance to the Ministry on Karla Marksa 37a (it works from Monday to Friday from 8:00 till 12:00- give documents, 15:00-16:30 take back documents with apostile/legalisation).

Instruction how to enter into the list and what then to do:

• 1. Please, ask people who are near the ministry, where is possible to take your personal number (ask them to write in front of YOUR number YOUR surname and REMEMBER THIS NUMBER).
• 2. Ask them when is necessary to come.
• 3. Description how does the system works: 13:00 - 13:00 (24 hours) keep watch of 84 real people who will be in the next morning in queue according to the list (for getting apostile/legalisation)

From these 84 people we create 12 groups (each group consists 7 people, is replacing every 2 hours), the time of obligatory staying of each person is written in the list, ask it when your turn will arrive (people who didn't come to their two-hours duty- lose their turn).

! ! ! 84 people are on duty according to the schedule (from the list), after roll call they can change duty if they can't come at a certain time:

• 11:00-13:00 (7 people)
• 13:00-15:00 (7 people)
• 15:00-17:00 (7 people)
• 17:00-19:00 (7 people)
• 19:00-21:00 (7 people)
• 21:00-23:00 (7 people)
• 23:00-01:00 (7 people)
• 01:00-03:00 (7 people)
• 03:00-05:00 (7 people)
• 05:00-07:00 (7 people) - additional functions of this group: roll call at 5:30 and building a queue at 6:00.
• 07:00-9:00 (7 people) - invite to the Ministry to give documents according to the list.
• 9:00-11:00 (7 people) - invite to the Ministry to give documents according to the list.
• 11:00-13:00 (7 people) - additional functions of this group:.

• 1) 11:00- 12:00 invite to the Ministry to give documents according to the list;
• 2) roll call at 12:10 of the next 84 real people, put them into the groups of the duty;
• 3) write in telegram post before 14:30 (1. the number of real people who passed, 2. FROM and TO past numbers ...-..., 3. numbers ...-... for the next morning of the workday, lining up at 6:00 + turnout for roll call at 05:30, 4. numbers ... - ... arrival at roll call at 12:10 on the next morning of the workday), transfer duty at 13:00 to the next group of people.

When will arrive your turn to enter into the group according to list, ask timetable of your 2 hours duty + come in the morning at 03:00 for call raw and 6:00 for standing in the queue for apostile/legalisation.

This system will save our time and energy, we are thankful for following

Example:

• At 12:10 on 4 April (monday) there will be a roll call at 12:10 for the next 84 people (who will pass 8:00-12:00 of 5 April).
• My number is 750.
• At 12:10 initiative person call next 84 people from number 700 to 850 (to check if they are serious to come here in the next morning or was fake note).
• If all is ok, those 84 real people choose time of which group they can pass 2 hours near Ministry. People pass 2 hours according to the fixed decision and then come back on the raw call at 05:30 of 5 April. Then will be formed queue near Ministry at 6:00 (5 April) for standing in real queue with documents for the entrance into the building.
